Jade has worked in care for many years and holds a wealth of experience both in the community and in residential care. Jade has worked at both care-level and managerial positions. Jade is heavily involved in the management of all care staff and clients. During the pandemic Jade was a deputy manager of a residential home that did not have a single outbreak, this is a testament to Jade's management and how she and her team navigated the ever-evolving pandemic to keep her residents safe. Jade's hands-on approach enables her to know every detail about all clients and their needs to enable great care planning and client-to-carer matching. Jade is currently working through her Level 5 diploma and has undergone many training and development opportunities to support her in her role. 

Rebecca has worked in care for many years, previously holding registration for Community, Residential, Clinical and children services. Rebecca is experienced in working in both nationwide and smaller organisations running single services and multiple branches. Rebecca is heavily involved in the day-to-day running both as the director and registered manager. Rebecca also worked throughout the pandemic in residential services to support her team and clients to remain safe and follow the correct guidance. Rebecca and her team were fortunate to not have a single outbreak during the pandemic. Rebecca knows all care staff and clients individually allowing for a more personalised service. Rebecca holds a level 7 master's degree and is always looking for additional ways to gain new knowledge.
